Terms of service.

Last updated: May 2026

Plain-English version. The rules of engagement, in clear language. Lawyer-drafted formal terms will replace this in the same location as part of ongoing legal review; the substance won’t change materially.

You’re an adult; you’re responsible for your own decisions

By using this website, the free Skool community, or the Inner Circle, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you take responsibility for your own health decisions. Nothing here is medical, nutritional, or psychological advice. Read the Safety page before starting any fast.

What we provide

Education and community. Citation-grade research, written protocols, recorded videos, community discussion, member-to-member peer support, and founder presence in the threads and via DM. We are not your doctor or dietitian; we do not have a doctor-patient relationship with you.

What you agree not to do

  • Post hateful content, harass other members, or doxx anyone.
  • Run MLM schemes, post affiliate spam, or solicit other members’ emails for marketing.
  • Solicit or provide personalized medical advice from one member to another.
  • Distribute, screenshot, or republish member content (cycle logs, biomarker reviews, Mechanism Dossiers, recorded interviews) outside the Skool community.
  • Plagiarize content from other creators.
  • Host pirated paywalled research papers (linking to abstracts is fine).
  • Post detailed methods for self-harm or eating-disordered behavior.

Full community moderation rules live in the pinned Community rules post in each Skool community.

We can remove you for breaking the rules

We reserve the right to remove members from the community for breaking the rules above. Removal for cause may be immediate (for serious violations like hate speech or doxxing) or after a warning (for off-topic posting, repeated questions, or low-grade self-promotion).

If you are removed for cause from the Inner Circle, refunds are pro-rated to the end of the current paid period.

Content ownership

  • Our content is ours. Videos, blog posts, Mechanism Dossiers, applied translations, the research library entries, the buying guide, the cohort videos, the PDFs — all are owned by Sardine Protocol. You may use them personally; you may not redistribute them, host them on your own platforms, or use them commercially.
  • Your contributions are yours. When you post a cycle log, an intro, a comment, or a question in the Skool community, the post belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of member contributions.
  • Contributions you offer for our use. If you submit a testimonial, a case study, or biomarker data for use in our public marketing or Inner Circle materials, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use, modify, and display that contribution. We will always anonymize on request.

Refunds and cancellation

Inner Circle is month-to-month or annual; cancel anytime. Full details: Refunds & cancellation policy.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sardine Protocol and Rado, as the sole proprietor, are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of your use of the website or community, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. The maximum aggregate liability for any direct claim is limited to the amount you paid Sardine Protocol in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Disputes

Most issues can be resolved by emailing us. If a dispute escalates beyond that, we agree to attempt good-faith arbitration before pursuing court action. The governing law and jurisdiction will be specified in the lawyer-drafted formal terms; until then, disputes will be resolved in good faith between the parties.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms over time. Material changes will be communicated to active Inner Circle members by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
